Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
6. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen, destination, and current delivery volume. We do our best to deliver your items on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road closures, or customs procedures.
7. Signature on Delivery
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, a notice will be left, and you can reschedule the delivery or pick it up from a local courier office.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or remote areas.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
